Nov 09 Drive out to Austria on the 1st - bring on the snow 

Oct 09 Sno!Zone promo shoot. ParalympicsGB Trng Camp, BBC interview and video. lots of projects, lots of skiing.  Snow+Rock Catalogue launch at Hemel.

Sep 09 House of Lords Fundraising event for DSUK. SIA 12hr charity event, 30+ teams. great fun - for a worthwhile cause.

Aug 09  New Zealand - GB Team Training Camp. 2 weeks in Mount Hutt (Methven, South Island) then 1 week at Mount Dobson (Fairlie, South Island). The rest of the Team stayed on for the Winter NZ Games. Awesome trip, gorgeous country and great people - 'I love Queenstown' (See News for more info)

Jul 09 Heavy into Summer trng, projects on the go, gym work going well, new equipment and lots more hopefully that will give me the edge this winter!

Seasson 08-09 Review - a big one for me.! 7 x International medals, much more in contention with the best in the World and still improving.

Imagine what it's like to ski down a mountain at 50mph, on a single ski, strapped into a bucket seat, suspension acting as your legs, lower to the ground which increases the sensation of speed. Let me tell you the thrill is out of this World.! Follow my progress on the World Stage here.....

'I Broke my Back on the 25th Feb 2000 in a Skiing Accident whilst instructing in the Royal Air Force ('About me').

Following a number of operations, lots of rehabilitation, my new life is all about Skiing and Waterskiing.

They say every cloud has a Silver lining......?
